The purpose of this letter is to chronicle my experience with Clean Earth and staff. As a Rancho Bernardo Firestorm victim 2007 my experience with two other “Restoration” companies left me frustrated and feeling hopeless. In one instance, another company promised me everything and provided very little. In fact, they invoiced me for work that was never performed. Finally a neighbor recommended your company. Mr. Benavides is extremely knowledgeable and patient. He explained the restoration process and why each item had to be performed and in what order. He always acted professionally, was on time and met or exceeded his commitments. You are fortunate to have Mr.Benavides on your staff representing your company. I am more than willing to convey my experience to prospective Clean Earth customers in the future.

On April 5, 2006 at about 10 p.m., it was pouring rain. I called and spoke with Mr. Polos regarding 2 units at my property that had flooded. He was on site within 30 minutes. The following morning, Mr. Polos and three technicians arrived and began working. Within 3 days, both units were completely dried. The technicians were fast and professional. Mr. Polos was particularly courteous, kind and extremely professional. I thank you for your outstanding service and would be glad to refer Clean Earth to anyone.

Clean Earth has had crews working in my condo since February. I wanted to let you know how very pleased the resident and I are with all of the work. Each and every worker was very professional in their work and interaction with the resident and myself.
